We hear you and we are still collecting specific feedback and your suggestions for compensation. But there are few things I would like to clear up. What Tobei said is not from his head but he got this information from me. Team is/ We are currently off due to Holiday. I received message from him but there was a miscommunication between us and I gave him wrong information. I apologize for this situation but if anything, I am the one to blame. We took the pack down because it was not supposed to be out yet. We are not going to punish anyone, nor we are going to roll back accounts. It is currently not possible because it would require a big system change and that would result in servers being down for several hours.
As for Sakura's Food sack price change - Its price was supposed to be higher from the start of current event cycle but for unknown reason, system did not update its price and it resulted in this really messy and terrible situation. We understand all of your concerns and that there are few players who took advantage of this issue. But again, we are not going to punish them, nor we are going to roll back accounts. We feel like it wouldn't be fair towards them because this is our fault/system problem. We will keep our promise and we will compensate each region with something that you will decide on. Thread for collecting information and suggestions is still open and will be open till start of next week. We will take all of your suggestions into consideration and as mentioned - all regions might receive completely different compensation (this include amount as well).
System error when trying to accept mission - It was there last time, it's here again. We fixed this issue and tested it before releasing this event but it looks like the fix is not working. We will send compensation for this issue as well.
Why can't we just do something about all of the problems right now? It is complicated. While we can easily remove/disable specific items, we can't make any system changes or updates without proper process and testing - this includes maintenance as well. Due to Holidays, we were not able to use our normal routine.
When to expect compensation? I would say around 09th or 10th of October. At that date, everyone will be back in office and meeting will be held in order to discuss all compensations mentioned above.
