Exvius....Legit, when I got Sailor Sakura back during 3.0. I got her for nearly 1.5k coupons. From the time she was in Mission Mobilization for really cheap, picked up enough frags to 4 star her for even cheaper when she was in Treasure of the Sage with a 30% or 40% discount. Left her at 4 star since
Now you guys are giving me 5 star for cheap O_O

Well...I'm on a bit of a budget. (I'm at 539 coupons right now, and I'm also trying to get the last 31 frags for Shisui, this Sakura's just too good to pass up on, though Sasuke will likely get a few stars from the free stuff.)
But the changes are pretty cool, and him being upgraded would be...handy.

You won't get 31 frags with 539 cps.
But you can get both 5 stars at 480 (or less if you farm ramen).

Tbh, I did forget about Sailor Sakura Breakthroughs, so considering this, if I was you, I'd just 5 star her, then get extras for her breakthroughs.
