GNW Kiba vs Regular Kiba

Hi all -

After scouring the present threads, I've picked up that GNW Kiba is a pretty solid character. As a relatively new player, I joined in the middle of last month and was only able to pick up enough fragments to barely get GNW Kiba.

Now the problem is this: My regular Kiba is 3 stars and has been invested in much more than my GNW Kiba (who is still 2 stars). Until I have an opportunity to raise my GNW Kiba's star level, should I * with regular Kiba, or use GNW anyway?
