Neurotoxin works when water main crits, not hiruzen and you need a lot of control stat on your main compared to opponent. Majority of the players use him when they have a relative large gap between the players below them. This is because they want hiruzen to use his mystery at position 1 in turn 1 with max damage. The go-to main for this team is earth and if you choose anything else, you have to believe that you are much stronger than the players you face. Just wondering, what is your server # and power to see if you above the average player on your server.

The only thing I can say is that if you want to use him (you might as well since you spent on him) then go earth main and use him with edo sasori and asuma windblade - which is the closest f2p team for edo hiruzen and spend everything hiruzen to buff him. Otherwise, you did not think it through to make the decision if you are capable on using him just like those youtube videos you seen.
