Im wondering what are all the methods of getting initiative but also which ones are the most efficient and give you the most.

Well at early stages of the game obvs green and blue refines, cave keys and charms. However, Myoboku oil and gift also give a lot so don’t sleep on them and in late game cave keys are probably the fastest way.

Treasure tools (more so for casher than f2p). Otherwise cave keys. Don't sleep on Yes, Master clothing.

Not only Yes! Master Clothing, Exquisite Silk and Summer Break also gives Initiative, + the free Samurai Armor when you reach 70k power .. with that 4 clothing, you'll get +600 initiative ..
