Did you get a refund or not? If you got a refund, you should be banned. If you did not, you shouldn't be banned.

It's is clearly stated on the rules / terms and condition that if a player gets a refund then their account will be banned. Now if you got a refund then you should know the answer.

Basically what you're doing is like going out to dinner eating your food and then asking for a full refund. Doesn't work like that.
