Item Equips and Ninjas

I think there needs to be change to the item equip system. The problem im encountering is that my equips dont stay consistent. My equips arent all the same level, especially with the magatama upgrades.
I believe that the current system just unequips each time you remove the ninjas and re-equips the best stats to the first ninjas you put back in. The problem with this is that i focused on specific stats for each "role" of a ninja. For example, I gave naruto high defensive upgrades, such as the chainmail with magatama, but when im swapping ninjas around, sometimes that chainmail ends up on someone else.

There are a few things I propose that you can change.
1. Equip Screen With the Ninja Formation menu
2. Having the total strength of each equip highlighted
3. similar to 2, but being able to sort by equipment strength.
