I recently got 5 kage madara and i noticed he seems to dodge a lot less when fighting opponets with higher power than me, so i was wondering what decides if he dodges? is it combo rate? control?
Combo stat difference and level difference (that actually is a buff to combo too...roughly every level of difference is 100/150 combo)
evasions (depending on the version) acutally are a buff of +100%, +150% or +200% to combo stat (example of the 3 kinds are normal konan evasion, han evasion and shisui evasion).
The only excsption is tendo evasion of 1st standard attack, that will avoid it regardless the combo stat.
So this means if there is a difference in combo and/or level high enough you actually do not evade.
What i mean is if you use normal konan full skillbroken and you face somebody with 5k more combo than you, 50% of the times you do not evade. If you use han and you face somebody with 7500 more combo than han then 25% of the times han don't dodge. If you use hokage minato and you face somebody with 15k more combo than you, 50% of the times hokage don't dodge.
I hope was clear enough
P.S. Madara 5th kage dodge falls in konan's category so you begin to see consistant fails since 2500 combo stat difference.
