All new summons that are added to the game are currently event only summons which means you wont be able to obtain them in summon draw at all. I don't believe even in CN version of the game any of the new summons were added to the summon draw. If they are added in our version of the game they will announce it in the new event cycle.

you can't pull new summons from treasure.


crab, gerotora, guy's tortoise, hanzo's salamander and the baku are all event only summons.
