It is possible for her to be in the game if she's included in the Shippuden Series or to whatever the franchise includes .. Tho this kind of request must be sent directly to Tencent .. I also have one ninja in mind that i want to be in the game and that's Kosuke Maruboshi a.k.a. Konoha's Eternal Genin who served the past hokages .. I wish I know how to send request to them :| ..
