Is there a way to restore technique points of Jinpachi Munashi except using hozuki mangetsu? Unlike other ninjas he cannot regain technique points by triggering his chase. Need an answer.

As far as I know Mangetsu is the only one who gives technique points, so without him it is not possible to restore points for ninja like Jinpachi and Ameyuri.
