Have you tried the client? If you are using the client already, have you tried re-installing it?
Client doesn't work at all for me, just a white screen and nothing else. No matter how many times I Reinstall it, or try to open it.
It also only affects that character and not any of my other characters.

That generally means your system has a connectivity issue to the server.
Please flush your DNS and reroute it.
If that doesn’t work, feel free to message us through the ingame support system “?” *on
Write in great detail the issue and we’ll investigate if it’s related to the game or on your side.
