Look at the cost first and conaider ur options. If u have lots of purification runes saved up, I recommend u try to just get an orange purify on the pos 1 equipment. That will cost a lot of purification protection runes tho unless u r willing to let go of those two other orange and start from scratch .... For future reference, I suggest u try to get a good orange purify on an equipment first before refining to avoid the same predicament. As for the breakthru pill, best save it for now. I recommend u use it on items with 3+ gold purifies. Goodluck!

You get them mostly from the Grocery Store for 500 moon scrolls each, also some events give a decent amount of them too

Protection runes you can get a lot of them from Key rebates.

1050 (for gold essence) you would get 50 or 60 protection runes. Please correct me. I don't remember exact number.

I'd swap that 97% init to pos 1 when it's lvl 10 refine. To lock 1 gold purify is cheaper than 2. That's my opinion.

Same same. I never farm protection runes intently. I just get it free from events like cave key. As i said its up to u. If u r willing to lvl up that 97 to L10, u can just save ur current pos1 for ur pos2 nin.
