In Ranked Battle, when my fire main uses the Sealing Jutsu - Seal of Red Lotus, with an Oroboro Clone present, the skill's cooldown time is NOT reduced by one.

It works correctly outside Ranked Battle. But after testing it 5 times, I'm pretty sure that (unless this particular feature is intented), there's a bug right there.

If someone can look it up, I'd be thankful. Can post prints if needed be.
