Hey guys!

Let's quickly cover some teams with the Anbu Itachi bond mystery (so obviously we want to prioritize having him pos1 for the most fun right ? )

He is best with LM and FM definitely, I wouldn't really recommend using him with other mains (well maybe with Water Main could work but let's not dwell much into it)


So with the mystery you have 30% more damage and it will also damage entire enemy team (only 1 team though), causing tag to everyone but removing the buffs from only the selected unit

So as you guys obviously need to have Shisui in order to even get this mystery , most of the teams will include Shisui :D

I won't comment much on the teams as all are basically variations of the same team, so you guys can see what kind of stuff you can mix up, there are obviously other choices of teams with him but I personally wouldn't recommend them much

As all the other LM teams below, you can change the buff passive to Anbu Special Tactics per wish, either that or the Killing Intent are great passives depending on your enemy

How the team works is pretty simple, sadly it can be countered with possibly Masked Man and 5-kage Madara easily

So in this team maybe it would be better to use Anbu Tactics

So as Anbu Itachi is a secret ninjutsu user we have this great buff by Fire Main also, with the immunity mystery so overall it COULD be safer th*ing Lightning Main, really depends on situations always.

I've seen a lot of comments that they said Killing Intent doesn't reset mystery if Itachi kills a unit?

Does this happen with the Firemain reset talent aswell? I can't test it since I'm waiting to get other bonds first.

Yes, it goes on CD with fire main's talent as well. Maybe it's because the mysteries are treated as separate ones (in game code)?

Clearly, its a different mechanic of skill the Bond skill feature, so it has its own cd's. Unfortunately cannot get a reset!

Thought so.

It would be too broken to have bond mystery every round.

Interesting mechanic , I didn't really research that much so that's my mistake


I guess a better option would be to use Anbu Tactics talent with Anbu Itachi

Well Warrior Killing Intent is still good for the damage boost and Shisui can refresh his mystery

If Minato can spam his mystery every round in rotation, why can't Itachi?


It just doesn't seem fair at all.

Its exactly as you say.its lowering cd instead of resetting it completely (killing intent and red lotus secret). Akatsuki orochimaru lowers Itachi's bond cooldown the same way as normal mysteries of others, jonin must be working the same way.


Wanna know what else is unfair about his mystery? While jonin minato's mystery interrupt+tag effect gets extended from 2 targets to whole team (+30%dmg and paralysis as bonus), itachi's buff removal doesnt work the same way- even though it hits whole team, it removes buffs on only targetted ninja. While reset isnt such a big problem, since itachi is more suited as a backline support than pos1 material, not being able to remove team's buffs seems like a wasted potential. Maybe it was intended, as he was given away for free (and team buff removal would be really strong), where jonin is event ninja which you actually have to buy.
