So, I finally bought myself the last fragments of the "Go, Fukurokumaru!" Outfit only to be disappointed.
The clothing isn't shown in battle... it's impossible to play this game with missing features.
1. it's not a missing feature
2. the game tells u explicitly that this costume isnt available in battle
3. even if you didnt see that notification in game, it's your own responsibility to find out before buying
4. literally everyone was crying about this when it first came out you'd think some of the knowledge would have trickled down or something...
5. i'm sorry how does missing battle clothes make a game "literally unplayable" it's just skins?
6. in conclusion you only have yourself to blame sorry

As far as I know, the game doesn't tell you that it isn't viewable in battle, could you show me where that's stated?
Also, it's not the responsibility of the player/consumer to find this out on their own- that's just terrible design, it's up to the designer to make that apparent as possible as that is their job as designers, seeing as every other outfit is 'generally' shown in battle, without the game giving you some sort of signal "Hey this isn't shown in battle", then no, the most common conclusion is that it is shown, the game/designers just did a terrible job at relaying information.
That is not the fault of the player.

Pretty sure they didn't tell the players in China as well. However, on that server, after the timeskip clothing, any new clothing got the appearance change. So people got to expect an appearance everytime they added an outfit.
For our server, hat rule does not apply since the butler and sports outfits were introduced before timeskip in China but it is the reversed here where timeskip was introduced before those two outfits. For future reference, the new outfits that are coming to our server should have the appearance change.

Thank me later
Hi! We have both Battle Armor (which shows in battle) and Clothing. Not every clothing/costume is intended to be displayed in Battle. If you guys ever have any questions regarding the Costume showing in battle, or are unsure, please do feel free to contact any of the Moderators (We can be reached in the Forum, Private Chat, or even Discord).
