I don't really understand it myself- I have it unlocked and I didn't check after qualifiers if I got extra packs, but I did distribute packs on the Saturday last week and I had the 3 extra packs but this week I do not have the 3 extra packs.

but basically it means if week 1 is for local gnw, then week 2 xgnw.. week 3 local gnw, week 4 xgnw, alternating weeks,

so "Lasting 2 week meaning 2 week cooldown. (week 1 and 2 once) (week 3 and 4 once) for example

and it can be used in week 1 and week 3 for local gnw weeks only. (which are actually qualifier rounds for xgnw weeks)

you won't get any extra pack in week 2 and 4 of the month. that's what happen to our group gnw.

ya i'm a bit upset with tencent's programming decision as well.

don't make sense that those who don't qualify for xgnw to miss out even more on rewards

3 extra elite packs goes a long way to maintain a happy active group that has quite some members,

esp the weaker members who tend to be overlooked when there are limited packs

they should've just make it last 1 week. no cooldown or anything but... oh well

It is unfortunate that it's not every week.
