minato & sharkisame r usefull as well ,try to recruit madara5k because he is a nightmare against lighting users(or anybuffs&shields team)

lighting main is weak nowdays because of han and masked man and 5k madara

Any ninja that cancels buffs and shields is good too

Best man against him I think wind and water and fire kinda good, except earth as i assume

how to use them:

If you are afraid of interrpution mysteries put han\5kmadara as pos1( its not good for very well but its good if u wanna cancel their buffs quickly)

agreed with the comment above, LM is lacking a lot in the current meta it's very easy to counter him

If you have Jonin Minato and Shark Kisame you c*e them with either Water Main or Fire Main, but that is not so ideal vs Lightning Main (depending on whether your enemy has full stack pos1 blitz or so)
