Hello, Itachi bond skill does not sync with warrior killing instinct, like when I kill an enemy with Itachi bond skill, the skill cool down does not reset to zero. Is it a bug or is it intentional? Someone please explain me. (Please don't delete this again.:3)

Bond Mystery can't be reset. As for Itachis Mystery Itself. It's been reported if it's intended or due to Bond being active that prevents the reset mechanic from functioning.
