there's no rulebook to level freeze. you just pick and choose which events you don't want to go for lol

most level freezers don't:

- do nine tails

- collect daily practice frogs

- sweep ninja exam

- sweep plot/elite instance

- do rescue jinchuu

- do cat quiz

- do ninja test

- do any other event or activity that might give you the slightest bit of exp...i know some that don't even do TI

some others might choose to go for nine tails but only do minimal damage (since exp is given out based on damage), just for the sun coins, sweep ninja exams until you have enough scrolls to upgrade equipment, collect the 3rd frog on daily practice because it gives moon coins...etc.

the main principle behind level freezing is to maintain your level while gaining power, in order to win easily in sage world, get top streaks and be rewarded with advanced refine runes. there isnt really a 'correct' way to level freeze. the mere act of restricting exp gain is technically level freezing already lol. it's honestly up to you how you want to do this, and what you think will benefit your team best (eg. if you still need to upgrade your equipment, sweep ninja exam. if you need more moon coins for the week but you've exhausted the usual outlets, go for ninja test or something.)

the best seal rebate to go for is the rebate that gives normal seals, not time-limited seals. for maximum rebate, you should save up to 264 seal scrolls, collect the 34 seal scrolls in the rebate, and then go for the last 300 tier.
