it gives u a random red chakra that you c*e in 8 gates. it'a random so if you're lucky it'll be something like fire or some other base stat. if not...then too bad

Hi, the Red Chakra Runes Pack contains a random chance at a Chakra Rune with guaranteed Red rarity (Ultra Rare).

This means that you have a chance at a random stat such as Lightning (Ninjutsu), Fire (Attack), Water (Life), Earth (Defense), Wind (Resistance), Inferno (Injury), Scorch (Tai Pen), Corrosion (Nin Pen), Explosion (Critical), Gale (Combo), Ice (Control), Sand (Damage Reduction), and Wood (Life Recovery).

This is just my opinion, but whether anything is worth it for you or not depends on whether you need it or not. The discount in the "Special Level Gift Packs" are generally quite good and it really helps if you get it during a "Spending Rebate" event.
