Yeah, its a bit hard without knowing your roster.
Great water main teams are, Edo Deid,Han, and Jinpachi, or 5kage, Skill Broken Minato, and Madara, but at lvl 43 i'm guessing those teams aren't available to you.
More likely you'll be looking at something like Hinata, Kakashi and Sasuke, or something like that.
