From what i'm seeing from the image you posted above, you don't have enough group members now to sustain your 3-days Activity Rate .. Having 2 Elite Packs undistributed means you only have 8 members? .. To be able to reach the 200 3-Day Activity Rate, you must have at least 12 active members that can do their dailies and claim their froggies for the Activity Points .. If you cannot keep up or achieve the 200 points, you must think of alternative ways to increase your Activity Rate or opt to join in one of the remaining groups ..
