IMO, Treasure of Sage isn't that great for spending 20k event. Yes there are lots of discount refines, charms etc, but limited number to buy per key is not really good deal for example, advanced refine you could buy 100 pieces per key. Then you have to look for another one.

Even if you're looking for Minato or Masked Man, what are the chances you would see their frags with good discount. Too much RNG in 1 event.

You need to buy keys, then look for best discounts. 5 free keys a day might not even give any good discounts on the items you need.

Meanwhile, Konoha Tree is ok for 20k, when you max out tree, you will get tree drops, secondary prizes to claim and then fortune coins for redeem. Higher levels the tree is, better the item drops.

That's why Lucky Stars and Cat's deals are usually together. As if you spin to get stars, seal scrolls and summon scrolls drop and chance of RNG Ninja and then redeemable items.

As previous Cat's deal also came with Mobile Missions, which is ok event, where you got secondary drops from boxes (again chance of kage drop), while you claimed whatever you needed.

20k is very big spending (for me anyway). Therefore you want to look for the best deal out of all events within that week.
