Is it cheaper to get get Jounin Minato from treasure of the sage or great plates?

assuming its not a troll question, Sage Treasure event. Great Plates is rng event, and since they have decided to nerf it even further, no use.


In Sage Treasure event, if you're lucky you ca get Minato for 40% discout at 120 cps/frag.

More likely tho is at 30% discount at 140 cps/frag.
