  • when the update started i feel like my whole ninja have gotten slow lot of player with bad refine c*e jutsu faster than me when i duel so i am really pissed why is it they use jutsu 1st.. some guys say upgrade my refine some say placement i really dont know how do we know if we are the one who is going to use jutsu 1st
Which update? With the battle armor stuff, thread/cloth upgrading c*so increase initiative, I think for the whole team.
