It is by chance only, same chance we have from the Brothers TI so be patient and keep trying and eventually, you'll get one .. Yesterday, i got lucky, me and my 1 team mate got this Six Paths Necklace with out last attempt ..

I think he also means with the new update, they replaced a lot of the rewards with moon scrolls so there's less of a chance of even receiving a ninja tool.

I think getting Moon Scrolls is better than having multiple kind of Tools that you cannot actually use at all .. The drop rate of Red Nature Stone is very awful to the extent that i only saved up 45 friggin pcs of it from the day it was released in the game .. I tried to use it to my Six Paths Necklace and didn't get a match even once .. Plus, the fact that with Moon Scroll, you can buy power-up items in bulk quantities like Cave Keys and others, can automatically outpower what Ninja Tools can give .. Now if the argument falls into the factor of having more tools for leveling up the Tools or for reforging purposes, then the answer is play other TI modes and not the Kage TI ..

(Note : Please, someone correct me if i'm wrong, i haven't tried any other TIs since the update, i only did Kage TI so, let me know if the other TI's rewards was also changed)

The other TI's also have the same (or similar) drop rate as 5 kage. Which makes it as you said, more difficult to level up tools since you can't get them as frequently now

Is there any new tool that will come in future ??

If not then I will use my tool essence that I got from updated UT.

Oh no, i thought the only changed was in Kage TI .. And yeah, with that changes, Tools will be more difficult to upgrade now, even the reforging .. I'm gonna take this opportunity too to give one another suggestion or opinion of mine, i think they should increase the maximum limit of our inventory too .. My inventory is full 50/50 because of the Purple Stones from UT and other Legendary Red Tools .. :|

From what i've seen and read somewhere, aside from that Six Paths Necklace, there's still more Tools that are possibly come to us .. the only tools that will stay the same is the Shichiseiken ..

Are those new tools, those are yet to come gives more stats than what we get from tool essence ??

For example, max attack we get 50 from tool essence. Can we get more than 50 with those new tools?

Sorry but i have no idea about that :| .. Just keep the Purple Stones for now i guess, mine are still in my inventory and it's taking more than half of my inventory xD .. hahaha
