1＃ Go ToAm I reading new skills right that is seems to strictly be worse than before for barrier (no more ninjutsu bonus) and mystery(less damage if not enough chakra)?
Chakra gain on mystery use for all jinchuinkin vs healing on self does seem to separate the 2 versions more.
