'sup. i'm reluctant to report this as a bug at the moment because i'm not sure it's a bug. i just want to check with you guys: is your tactics interface missing, or is it just me?

you can see here that the tactics tiles are missing, and the *on to access the tactics interface is also not there. i'm not sure if it's hidden away in some corner of the game...

so. anyone else experience this? or am i overlooking something
