Contracting Scrolls are obtainable in 2 ways .. First is thru participating in Events, it has been a lot of time in Lucky *u and once appeared in Mission Mobilization General Event .. Second way is to have good RNG and get it from the Cross-Server Great Ninja War Packs which drops 10 pcs of it by chance ..
