Yeah I saw that too. Now I'm wondering if it was added later in China or Oasis decided to remove those Kage to milk whales. Hopefully it is the former and Oasis just follows.

It's part of the older treasures rework. All "normal" (as not edo) hokages would become avaiable in the seal treasure; sage naruto treasure and tendo treasure would be merged together.

I don't really remember the value or rarity, but i've already seen the screen somewhere inside the forum.
