So as I was running around South Konoha, I found myself a tsunade breakthrough instructor which gives out the breakthroughs of ninjas we do not currently have breakthroughs on. Is this a bug or is this under development?And if it is a new system, please explain the new rich field

Thanks for that Exvius! I was wondering why there was ginkaku,itachi,fu breakthroughs lying around in the shop lol.
