Important notice - New NY servers cancelled until further notice

Dear ninjas,

due to technical error in our system, all new servers with New York time zone that were supposed to open this week are cancelled until further notice. This includes server S1028 that was supposed to open today. This problem does not affect other time zones (UK, LA and HK).

We hope that we will be able to get back to our opening schedule by end of this week. We will make sure to update everyone once we will identify and fix source of this problem.

Problem regarding NY servers has been fixed. We will start opening new NY servers again.
