ability scrolls in events

i ask if is possible to see them actually added as redeemable or randomly rng gained items in events.

they literally do not exist in any event but konoha outlet scratch card and is close to impossible to redeem them, considering that only 1 combination of cards out of 36 gives them.

if they are worth 100 coupons then they should be avaliable at least as much as seal scrolls or charm packs that, on paper, are worth more than them (125 coupons), but instead they are basically inexistant.
