Hello guy's so I have this * problem with PayPal when i pay from my PayPal balance I keep getting error. I'm angry because this shoul be fixed in such a big game but its not and yesterday at 20:20 i was able to do it but now im not no solutions whats so ever and problem not solved

No compensation was mentioned to my knowledge. You can recharge for Gaara's fragments even tomorrow. You will not lose any fragments. This event is permanent.
