Curse of the full moderator

It seems like exist a kind of curse that hits forum moderators and is a curse that makes them more or less disappear from the forum itself. The only moderator i see active in the strategy section is ICEx, basically jori is MIA, the same is in this section where addisonemery is too, while, theoretically, should be active every time tobei does not reply, but he/she actually is not at all, and no, do not tell me about discord because those two people are almost inexistant there too, overall jori. So,the question is, what are those two actually doing? Reply

Try take a summer job at a call-center or a supportline and you will see why.

They get rewarded based on their effort. A rough job, so not for everyone.

Hello.

Our moderators are assigned to tasks. There are tasks that are not public, therefore it is normal that you think they are not active. But they are. Their work is being checked.

Moderators were picked from players of our community and this position is voluntary. They are not real employees of the company. As someone mentioned above, it is summer time so some of them are on vacations and took few days off. But they are active and they actively work on their tasks they were assigned to.
