so in arena ive seen garra use his damage mystery without having a barrier up at all

and it seems to be a 0 CD ability cause its being used every round

Hey



Normal Gaara's prompt mystery upon his second cast has a 1 entree CD and a 1 CD usage (However due to his Barrier setup, it can only be used once per Barrier)

And yes, you can cast it on Turn 2 after setting up his field, if you have the charka.



Some clarity to how Gaara can be used!.
