i got most of mine from myoboku trial wheel. sometimes they had the 10 option page pack prize as the highest probability in that wheel. 100 coup per day good deal.

Yes but you need luck yo get those. If you are unlucky, you get lvlo 2 raibow or other things

Pages also appear in recharge or spending event at 8k ingots for 200 pages and other stuff...
