if you want the sureness to get them while spending then the best event is this one:

since is literally the only event where they are on sale with a discount (10%) and if you buy a decent quantity of them you c*so get scratch cards that are a nice rebate.

U can claim from space shop too. That what I do beside use my coupons on event for tactic.

Considering you are getting 2 pages of the tactic you want at the price of 5 advanced threads then lol no, is in no way the cheapest way! You are literally paying 1 tactic page 200 coupons.

i got most of mine from myoboku trial wheel. sometimes they had the 10 option page pack prize as the highest probability in that wheel. 100 coup per day good deal.

Yes but you need luck yo get those. If you are unlucky, you get lvlo 2 raibow or other things

yes, generally speaking the chance to get them in the myoboku wheel is pretty high, but if you want the sureness then do what scarletblue said
