  • Lucky * is actually the only full random event together with great plates,in the sense that there is no riggedness, just you and the dice rng rolls for you.

How do you know this? Or are you just speculating? As far as I know, Oasis etc et al have stated time and again that ALL events are pure RNG.....but based solely on my opinion that isn't backed up by concrete proof or facts that I can produce, it appears that there is some algorithm behind the scenes that can "adjust" a rng win rate....how that could be factored (time played, ingots spent, level, power, last time since rng jackpot get, etc) is beyond me.

In short, I have seen quite a few low levels outright spin and win jackpot prizes more so than * players that never miss a day, but unless Oasis says otherwise, its just RNG.

From personal experience, I have always found myself at the short end of the RNG *....but the last two Lucky Stars Wheels that have been put out, I was fortunate to get blessed with E.G Kakuzu and Masked Man.

With Kakuzu, I spent roughly about 4.6k coupons spread throughout the week. (usually 20 spins per day, may have skipped a day). Masked Man, I did max spin on maybe day two (wanted power up items and bonus Hashirama frags) and on the 4th day, did 600 cps and got him. Both I feel I was extremely lucky. But what can I say? I'm a gambler at heart!

  • What matters is that it is not guaranteed and that is what people are wondering. It's better to say it is not guaranteed than giving people false hope when they spent more than they wished for and got nothing.

True, but even when one plays the lottery, there are the odds for you right there and everyone has an equal opportunity to play and same chance to win across the board. Anything that includes chance, its already implied that it isn't guaranteed.

Is it possible that the reason why Oasis doesn't release/include drop rates is due to the fact that there is a fluctuating algorithm? Who knows....but only the actual employees/coders at Oasis might.
