Matsuri Battle issue & SA is Closed, Group Summons are dying other issues what's going on?

It took 5-10 mins to find opponent in matsuri event and end up like this.(Screenshot Below) Of course i do canceling around 30-40 secs because if you reach 60 secs you'll end up against level 100 OP whalers as their food. Also this Mystery Delay keeps bothering lots of players for a while now including me. SA is close but it's not that alarming, what's more alarming is group summons are dying low chakra supply and availability to claim in game. it's not easy to save enough chakra feed both summons every Wednesdays war and not more budget for Saturday war. Instead of adding every week 2 or more new servers while the other new ones don't have much players and the old ones are increasing players who quit why not focus to improve the events not just for whalers but for f2p's also.
