Since the update, is it worth keeping the runes on all three summons. or is it better to put them on just 2 of them and have the mystery summon in one slot and combo summon in another?

Keeping Summon Runes on 3 Summon still worth it as it gives power to you .. Try removing 1 set of your Summon Runes and you'll see, your power will go down ..
