Question about elite instances

I know that as you go up levels you unlock more instances so instead of having, say, two opportunities for getting Naruto fragments, you have three... but are higher level instances more likely to drop fragments? And do they give you something a little more useful than food and revival potions? Right now I'm at the Temari level 40 instance because 1. I'm lazy and 2. at the end of the day I don't have enough stamina. Is it worth it for me to keep going? Thanks~
