wrong, guy only interupts without doind any work with cooldowns, therefore if said person had mana to cast, he was free to do so.

That is correct, however I don't think it is right if you c*e Kirin again in the same turn when it was cancelled.

It was interrupted not cancelled (acpuncutred),idk i thought this was a feature I've had this had a couple of times to me and i used kirin twice in 1 round (1st got interrupted) before a few times.

Sometimes happens at Exam 80 with the "Shippuden" Sasuke there aswell.
