It's all about how stacked your hiruzen is. Consider that as water main (i'm missing the extra 30% from being earth), i usually oneshot people up to 180k BP as a 230k power.
The fact that, as 132k, you survived a 220k meant either that it was something wrong his side (no crit, bad team comp, no pos1 stacking) or that you are... remembering things a bit differently.
depends also on the enemy lineup.
if the enemy runs hokage minato or root of warrior, for example, the damage you land on him is way lower, the same if he stacked elemental resistances to deny the malus of his elemental weakness.
Personally speaking here i'm at 150k power and i use hokage minato and the only person in my swb bracket that is able to oneshot me with edo hiruzen me
