It's all about how stacked your hiruzen is. Consider that as water main (i'm missing the extra 30% from being earth), i usually oneshot people up to 180k BP as a 230k power.
The fact that, as 132k, you survived a 220k meant either that it was something wrong his side (no crit, bad team comp, no pos1 stacking) or that you are... remembering things a bit differently.
It isn't that unlikely. I'm at 105k power as a f2p and fought someone with 270k in Sage (I say fought but he spawn killed me 4 times QQ) and I survived Hiruzen's mystery. He was earth main with the standard increase, he had madara for the 20% boost. I mean it COULD have been boosted further but Edo Hiruzen's standard hit more than his mystery. I still died turn 1 xD BUT Edo Hiruzen mystery got me to about 20-30% HP on everyone, and then the standard did a 25k crit on my entire row - that would have one hit even if I was at full HP. Though I am also Earth main and run defense knowledge and Emerald tactic at lvl 7...so I'm sure that helped.
