His fragments was together with power-up items like Unbound Runes and Refines .. At first, i have no intent on getting him since he's just a meme ninja but then, i free pulled some ninja from one of the treasures and my missions requires me to recruit 1 more ninja to get the coupons so, i took konohamaru kiddo .. Well, now no regrets about that since he's a rare ninja after all even though he's just a meme ..
