He would probably be back for the memes team.

He was on Lucky board once i think, or some redeemable event.

I didn't recruit him, because I needed something else. T_T

I however picked him up knowing full well he might not show up again.

Yes, if i remembering it correctly, Konohamaru kiddo was released and placed as one of the redeemable in the event "Halloween Lantern" that was released last November 2017 .. His fragments was together with power-up items like Unbound Runes and Refines .. At first, i have no intent on getting him since he's just a meme ninja but then, i free pulled some ninja from one of the treasures and my missions requires me to recruit 1 more ninja to get the coupons so, i took konohamaru kiddo .. Well, now no regrets about that since he's a rare ninja after all even though he's just a meme ..

awe guess i'll have to wait until he's in an event again :') hopefully oasis puts him in one again i really want to complete the trio
