I like it. (Granted I'm on a dead server so personal biased aside). His drop rate has a bit to desire being as I have already spent 1000 coupons to receive 10 fragments so I hope there is some recursion of events with him in them since if I need 1000 per set of 10 then there is no way I am going to get him this event but either way a free non merge server event is nice and for once I don't hate Oasis event's. Unless it is a one and done then "Hey Kakashi welcome to the I missing 1 fragment for you club, Joined by Hanzo and Tendo. Say Hi"
