His drop rate has a bit to desire being as I have already spent 1000 coupons to receive 10 fragments so I hope there is some recursion of events with him in them since if I need 1000 per set of 10 then there is no way I am going to get him this event but either way a free non merge server event is nice and for once I don't hate Oasis event's. Unless it is a one and done then "Hey Kakashi welcome to the I missing 1 fragment for you club, Joined by Hanzo and Tendo. Say Hi" Reply

As a person who has him, my opinion is going to be 100% biased--I don't like it. His fragments are a waste of reward space for me and I don't want to make him 3-stars. It would have been much better if they put his fragments in a redeeming event, so those of us who have him can just pretend like he does not exist.

i don't like this weeks great plate ! especially kakashi kid who have a very low drop rate.

they removed kushina when i was waiting to get her last 10 frags and add him.

why he is not like obito kid. i had him 5 stars from black market

Your thoughts contradict each other about whales not being at some fault. If you are saying, they can choose to not to spend to show resistance but if they don't act on this decision, don't you think not showing resistance is just being compliance with how Oasis is running things? Also releasing content on a faster pace compared to other older servers is not sustainable since this game content is restricted to being based on an anime. Whales are pretty much letting Oasis it is ok to do this by their spending power.
